Brighten up a Dull Day

It has been overcast and threatening to rain all day up North so I thought you may like to see a few of my cactus in flower to help brighten up a dull day.

Wishing you all better health.

How very nice to see you, PastMeBest. How very nice too to see your beautiful flowering cacti. They always seem so brave and defiant, growing out of so little yet so richly colourful. Very appropriate for people with lung problems who occasionally manage moments of brightness with so little in the breathing department to get their energy from.

I hope you're keeping as well as possible and still enjoying a pork pie and Guinness in your magical shed. Very best wished to you and to Mrs PMB. Take good care of yourselves,

Sue xxx

Hanging on thanks, Carole. And I hope Pete continues to get stronger. If he’s doing well then you will be too. Take care both of you xxx

Glad you’re hanging on Sue and Pete is doing ok thanks. His back is very bad but we’re hoping a chiropractor might help with that.

You take care too. Xxx 😘

Thanks for sharing this ray of sunshine. I used to have loads of cacti of various sorts but none ever flowered. Recently I was given a cactus which just looks after itself and whatever I do, it'll be fine. It seems to be dead now. πŸ€”

skischool will also appreciate your use of sheep emojis πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
