From the number of Oldies on here, you will see,
You can still die of old age with COPD.

Love it Don
A happy thought from our dear bard
Who always leaves his calling card
I think that he will live forever
Cos though he's old he's very clever
His dog's quite smart as well you know
Together they put on quite a show
But the moral of this little ditty
We all die eventually.now that's a pity x
Very good ski's .....I wonder if this could lead to a what they call "a rhyme off"?
Excellent Skis, and so right.😄x
You most certainly can
It comes to us all
Dear Don has such insight
He makes us laugh,
He’s nobody’s fool
And very often right.
Thanks for the smiles Don. Xxxx😘👍
Short but sweet, a rhyme that says it all. Thanks Don.
An extra line sprang to mind for Ski's poem but it would be exceedingly rude. 🤐
Now dont leave us all in suspense dear HH, give us a clue or else use some "*"'s to blank anything HU may not approve of,lol!
Be my guest.............Please xx
It can’t just be one line and still rhyme, HH, it would have to two lines. Or did you mean replace the last line? 🤔
Wow I didn’t mean to keep you all in suspense this long. This is really going to be an anticlimax now. And I’m concerned Don doesn’t think I’m getting my poem construction right. I’m adding a verse with that rhyme pattern whose name escapes me, where the penultimate line rhymes with the first line. Or maybe I just made that up. Who knows. Anyway, drum roll please the long awaited bonus lines to Ski’s poem:
But the thing to bear which is most hard,
Is when loved ones die; that’s really $#itty.
Yes it wasn’t really worth waiting all day for was it. It just sprang to mind at the time 🙄
At last!! Hurray!!....and other joyful exclamations!............Oh,... that it then? 🙄
Only joking HH, you have revealed yourself as the Mistress of Suspense. 😘
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hope so
👴🧓👵 so true Don x x
