Welcome Ken. π
Hi there Ken I'm also stage 4 C.O.P.D ,but I try not to think about what stage I'm at as I find it a it depressing, I do respect it though and I my best to be cautious about other people's colds and illnesses in order to protect myself, I'm not really new to this, not I live a very active and I dont seem to have much time to get involved, but when I do I usually fall asleep,
.I must say I do find this club very informative, and useful ,I hope that you are keeping well, and taking care of yourself. God bless you Ken πββοΈ

Hi Marrigold
If you have not been diagnosed yet
Letβs hope itβs not to bad
The most important thing thing is to stop smoking if you do
My biggest regret is that I didnβt stop earlier
Hope you donβt smoke
The difference if you stop will be amazing
Unfortunately I left it to late kept stopping and starting again ho well
Take care π
Hi Ken,
Thanks for the tips but I've never smoked in my life, although as a child the whole household smoked, parents and elder sisters and I always had terrible coughs, maybe it was due to their smoking, who knows. I'm on my inhaler today, I had two puffs this morning and i can feel my breathing going again, I try to save my inhaler until I really need it, sometimes I wake up at night wondering why I can't sleep then realise i'm not breathing too good so I need my inhaler. I did the puffer test at the doctors and they said my lungs were fine, its a mystery. I eat menthols, they seem to help a bit.
Hope you feeling ok today.
Have a good weekend if you can.
