Because I wasnt getting any posts from British lung ,don't no what went wrong ,it didn't matter what I did to correct it I still didn't receive any posts so I had to log out and start all over again, the new log in wouldn't take my original name ,so Alice 70 is now Bossey , through health unlocked I also joined the help for smokers and thyriod UK, that is were it all went wrong ,I was getting hundreds of posts from thyriod UK, which I didn't really wont ,and none from others ,I really wont the encouragement from the smoking one ,forgot what it's called,I'm afraid to log back into it now as it may knock my British lung of agian

Hi Alice 70 alias Bossey. What a carry on! Thing to remember is that it is the technology that does it, not the people. I find it all very complicated cos I’ve just accidentally found messages for me from admins and another branch of HealthUnlocked, so it is all very confusing.

Hi if you want your original name back just change it to Alice71 or something. I did this when I was coughalot and deleted my account in a fit of pique. I came back as coughalot 1, and 2. Otherwise contact HU and they can arrange it for you.

I was always hypercat on here but changed my name a couple of times to avoid a troll who kept harrassing me. I decided I wanted hypercat back again and HU sorted it. x

Welcome back Alice70, HU is short for Healthunlocked. Think they can get your old name back on site or tell you how to do it.You should be able to sign back up for the smoking group in the communities site on your own new page, it normally is at the top of the page. I will try to get more specific details after I send this post and get in touch if I find it.

Hi again , if you press the square at the top with all the small circles in, second from left you will find at the bottom of the list find other communities press that and you can then search for the quit smoking group. Good luck
