Sorry to know things aren’t great for you just now. I do hope things start to improve soon. I don’t have Trimbow so can’t comment at all but I’m quite keen to try it. A number of people here have been changed onto it and I guess like with any inhaler, some people find it doesn’t help at all while others think it’s the best thing ever. My inhalers keep being changed but nothing so far is great, which is why I’d be interested to try Trimbow. I hope it will be helpful for you. What inhalers did you have before? I’m currently on Spiriva and Seretide + Ventolin. Thinking of you 💐

Ithink Trimbow is helping my breathing i am just a bit concerned because it contains steroids not sure of steroids long term.I have to inhale Salamol before Trimboe to open airways!! I was taking Spiolto Respimat for about 6 months but felt that it didn't help me.I also tried on Duaklir Genuair but that dried my mouth out and made me cough.Wish ou well

Yes long term steroids are not great. I don’t like the idea of them and I know they’re causing various issues. Right now I have Seretide which contains steroids, before that I had Fostair which contains steroids and before that I had something else with steroids (Clenil I think?) At least if it improves things it kind of balances out the side effects but when it doesn’t work it’s like a lose-lose situation. As I already have an inhaler with steroids I’m keen to try Trimbow. I hope it will be beneficial for you . Wishing you well too ☀️

I was on fostair and spriva, was changed to trimbow in December at first I didn't feel it was any better or any worse, now I think I would rather be on fostair and spiriva as my breathing doesn't seem quite as good ,having said that like you ihave just finished antibiotics and steroids so I'm confused about my breathing ,ihave read many on here are doing well on trimbow ,as we are all different I think you have to give it a few weeks to see if it works better for you
