Potassium
Not sure about that Alice. You could ask your GP for a blood test to see if you have a potassium deficiency (hypokalemia) - a quick google shows that steroids can cause this but I tend to think I get enough potassium from diet - bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach, chard, broccoli, white beans etc.
I would be more concerned that steroids can often cause osteoporosis - I have this in my hip though not spine. So I take magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K to protect my bones (plenty of calcium in my diet).
o2Trees, have this in my spine. 4 vertebral fractures. It's awful.
Poor you Poems, horrible, Im so sorry.
Thank you for that o2tree ,iv been feeling kind of achey and water infection dr gave me d3 plus calcium named adcal ,I think I'll start eating bananas ect
