Hello Lynda, I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling so tired at the moment. I don't know about vitamins I'm afraid, so can only other suggestions. You could go back to your GP and tell him/her how tired you feel all the time. Perhaps a change to your medications would help.
You could also call the BLF Helpline (03000 030 555) and ask for their advice.
Have a look at the Related Posts to the right of your post. You may find some useful information in there.
Or try typing 'Vitamins' in the Search HealthUnlocked box at the top right of the page. Once you've clicked on that, scroll down a little and select 'My Communities' or find and select 'British Lung Foundation' to only get results from this community. I've looked and there seem to be a few fairly recent threads you might find interesting.
I'm sorry I can't be more specifically helpful. If you don't find anything useful then please post again, perhaps mentioning Vitamins in your title to catch members' attention.
Hello Annie, many thanks for your reply. Im very new to this internet thing lol so your info. On how to access things is great.
I shall take a peek now.
I do think i should update my symptoms with my pulmonary hypertension specialist nurse as i usually battle through bad days but recently the days have become weeks.
You may possibly be Vitamin B12 deficient which is easily controlled with a 3 monthly injection programme. Iron deficiency also has those symptoms and can be sorted with a week or two of replacement medication capsules. It is best to speak to your GP and a simple blood test will show either of these up.
