Keeping active with ipf

Hi it’s me again. I’ve been swimming today with a friend. Swam for 3/4 hr slowly lol. Planning on going twice a week to start. This damn illness won’t beat me x

Well done Looseloafers you are doing the right thing and with your attitude you will do well. My husband has PF and our doctor really believes in a positive attitude and is constantly telling him so. Keep up the good work. Carole x
