Been a long time

Haven't written in a long time hope everyone is doing well I am doing ok I really am not having many problems

I was given a small size inhaler around 7 months ago and it is still over half full but I have used it once 4 days in a row and I barely needed it I still worry but not as much my numbers were like 67 fev 7 months ago but I quit smoking at that time.i don't have insurance so I haven't gone to Dr since then.i hope am in the 70s now

I have no mucous and no cough ever.i exercise eat well but still worry but not as much I think I will worry till the day I die but such is life as long as I don't let it overwhelm me anyway hope everyone is doing well peace

Good to hear from you hope and well done for quitting smoking.

Having a long term illness is a big worry but it sounds as if you’re doing well and long may that continue.

It seems good to hear from you and to know you’re doing better. Worry is natural. I think for many people it’s always there. The trick is to live your life and not let it overwhelm you, but if and when it does you can come here for support and advice and you’ll get through it again. Take care of yourself 🕊

Sounds like you have got your condition well managed and so stable it takes time and self awareness to get to know what helps and what triggers but it can be done and you are an inspiration take care xxx
