My girlfriend has managed to lose well over a stone in weight partly due to eating fresh fruit and vegetables,which are surprisingly cheap compared to processed foods.The contributory factor is the daily use of chillies in her diet.Researching through this I find that they are natural fat busters ,however ,this may not be to everyone's palette. Certainly an interesting find as for the first time I out weigh her .She does complete exercise in addition .Fruit and veg should really be part of everyday dietary needs and discovering a wealth in variety of this food stuff should suit most peoples taste.We live in a fast working environment so ditch the unhealthy sandwiches and try the fruit and veg on offer.
