Found a specialist

I wrote on here a few days ago asking for help which I got from you, thank you so much. Everyone said find a specialist and see them. I have found one in Swansea who deals with all respiratory issue including COPD and Bronchiectasis, Which I think they are going to test me for. He does do private consultations so I’m striking while the iron is hot and I’m going to book initial consultation with him and then I will see him on NHS in due course, if I do it this way I can choose who I see.

The other consultant I seen after my pneumonia and sepsis last year ( only 1 appointment) I found very abrupt and intimidating so I don’t think I would feel comfortable with him, he would be the one would be referred to after my hospital visit last week.

This is my first proactive step towards finally getting a diagnosis for what has been nearly 7 years of ongoing problems, I have taken this step because of your advice so thank you I will keep you posted on developments.

My beautiful granddaughters they are my world, I have to get better for them we are so close and have such a special bond. I’m so blessed to have them x

I have five precious grandchildren now and they really do help to keep me going. One of them ( we don’t say which because we don’t have favourites do we) is my heartbeat.
