As there is no cure, then being stable is a very good result, you cannot expect any better than that. You may improve your lung function a little with exercise though.

Being infection free and stable is a good without a doubt. As 2geys wisely stated exercise will help. Is there there a breath easy group near you.
No don't think so Bessie have a new copd dr i have to see next month and I'm a bit stressed about this.. but have a infection at the moment it hurts just under my shoulder blades both sides when I breathe. I'm on long term antibiotics and steroids but it always happens when it rains or damp.. wish dam WHEEZING would stop though..but thank you guys..x
