Not sure if maybe a cold is coming?

We had a lovely Christmas Eve and day etc, lovely food the kids loved their presents and we all had fun.

Now I feel like I may have a sniffle forming, I'm not sure if it's just possibly acid reflux though. I have bit runny nose and just occasional cough but not blocked or chesty at all.

I suppose I'll just have to see what it amounts to, I've just got over a sinus infection and had bronchitis back in October. I don't think I can bear another infection.

Take a wack of vitamin c for your immune system ASAP.

Yep already started that, I have taken 2 of my vitamin C tabs 500mg each last 2 days and had pineapple juice and pomegranate juice. Keeping warm in big Xmas jumpers too xx

How about some zinc tablets? Drink lots of water and rest! Good luck. One of my kids is coming down with a cold and I am living with your same fear.
