I can not cope with this pain

Hi Purton . 👋
It's nice to see you here again. 😀I'm sorry you are in pain. I think you can definitely get headaches from pinched nerves in the neck (cervical radiculopothy). Have you seen a doctor and been told you have pinched nerves? They can do a test to find out for sure. If that's the case, maybe they can refer you to physiotherapy. That can help some. Muscle relaxants and pain relief medication may be helpful too. It's important to talk with your doctor.
It's awful to be in constant pain. I hope you can get some relief very soon. Best wishes to you.

No not for the pain as there is Notting they can give me for it and thank you but I think there’s something they can do
I have the same. You can be referred for physio. I was given info about excercises to strengthen my neck muscles, this helps a lot with the pain.
yes you can get headaches from pain in your neck. Keep the neck warm and if you can get someone to help you rub some Vicks vapo rub where the pain is in your neck. Take paracetamol as dose indicates on the box are required.
Sounds like the doc could prescribe you with some anti inflammatory for the trapped nerve pain. As Caspiana mentions.
I bought my nephew a INVERSION TABLE from Walmart for 99.00. He has back problems. He loves it! He uses it everyday! It helps his pain! It tips you upside down so your body will adjust to it,and possibly help your neck! I always got neck pain,I found out when I work in a place that has a cement floor, it kills my neck! I don't work there anymore and my neck is fine! Janet127
