I thought I would share that photo with you..not all the radiators are in but they are huge. I can’t remember ordering those at least you don’t need many but I got a lecture on this is Switzerland. It was -5 last night. Still too much heat dries me out now I will have to buy those radiators hangers and fill them up with water.
I must try to sleep, I have to go to Lausanne today.
I have been quadrupling my inhalers intake because the low pred stopped working for me..
I had got the idea from a 2greys info post. It does work.
Tiles are English, I ordered everything online from craftsmen in England as much as I could. Bea did all the flat design.
It was Dad’s flat. My brothers didn’t want it. Dad hadn’t touched it for 30 years so it needed doing, everything was out of norm. That’s why it is taking such a long time, we had to redo all the plumbing and the electricity.
I looked after him for 4 years, I didn’t feel like redoing things, just clearing it got me down but Bea is good like that. She said once it’s done you will see it in a new light.
Yes the view is nice with snowy peaks.
Bea took a photo from the plane you can see Mount Blanc. I’ll post it for you.
Got a little more sleep!! I have time I have to leave at 12.15. I expect I will have more pfts to do first before I see the consultant then he can renew my inhalers for next year.
Oh, good. Carole is back! I often ‘like’ your posts, Carole. I think the same and it often saves me typing!! Lazy me! But you’ve been missing a bit lately, and not always first any more.
I do hope Pete is coming along nicely and will be home again with you very soon.
Thank you Penny. I’ve been focusing on Pete for now but trying to reply to posts as things improve with him. I still read posts on here though so I’m keeping an eye on everyone. Xxx 😀😘
Its looking good Fran, you will feel so much better once this is all over, the flat will seem more like yours, you have such a good daughter in Bea and she obviously knows your taste. Good luck with your trip today, hope you managed to get a little sleep. Irene x
Trust you to have a night on the tiles before a diagnosis my happy friend.good luck with that one, your tiles have made my eyes go funny and i bet the tiler is cursing you whilst grouting furiously.soon be done and you can wallow in the comfort of a new bathroom.
