Morning every one hope you are all as well as can be, I had a rough night but now I am up begining to feel a bit more human, and I must say with the sun shining and the lovely blue sky you just got to feel somewhat better.

Sun shining here too Fred though that wind is a bit cold! I took the dog up Walls Hill yesterday though not all the way to the top as I was too knackered - about halfway up the second field. She loved it but it took me a while to recover afterwards. Hope you are having a good day. x
Pleased you know just how far up the hill you are capable of going, but well done and the dog would have enjoyed it. I am ok started a bit rough but on the way up now just hope the sun stays for a while, hope you are doing alright on all fronts neighbour ish xx

Hello Lyn pain still there I am sorry to say hope to get sorted soon, as I said I have been living with the cancer for eight years on and off, it might take longer this time as its now in both lungs, at least I got a pair now. Keep that smile up there smiling for us. Fredxxx
