Sorry my last post may have been unclear.

I have attended breath easy classes in the area, found them not particularly inspiring.

Was more trying to find like souls to share time doing other things like cinema, meals out etc.

Hi Annieosb, you DID make yourself clear as to what you were looking for and I agree re the breath easy group. How about posting on a local group in your area, an area where you live, and asking if there’s anybody that would like to meet for lunch/coffee etc and see what response you get. You’ll be surprised how many like minded people there are out there. A lady posted similar in my area and now we are a huge group that does all sorts of things from Coffee to holidays. I go along when I can as, whilst there’s a few disabled/sick, most are able bodied. Everybody talks/helps each other. Good luck. Joy.

Thanks.

Waiting to hear from the lady in Dereham, which is near me.

I'll keep trying.

Thanks

Hi. I too live in Norfolk with COPD. Prevents me from access to areas of high air pollution, like Norwich. I'm not much help to you as live in the far east of South Norfolk and have mobility difficulties. I also found the local (JPUH) Breathe Easy group less that helpful but thoroughly enjoyed the COPD rehab sessions here. They're based up your way too, in Holt. Good to be in touch across the County though.
