Bi pap

I’ve had my bi Pap machine reset after a sleep study at Royal Brompton this week. I wear half face mask. I’ve found the settings quite high and through the night found myself waking up due to snoring I think lol. Anyway this morning very sore throat and a lot of belly ache and wind and bloating. I’ve read this canna due to settings bring to high and the air is going to stomach. It makes sense but does anybody find this and how did u resolve it

I'm on bipap too have been for 18 years, one of original. The sounds could be air escaping if mask not tight enough. Which mask do you use? I use wisp a nasal mask. I bloat too, not sure if it's due to pressure lol as over years my pressure gets increased . Dr says it's age lol I'm 55

I did have a nasal mask but transferred to full face as I think cos I sleep with mouth open I wasn’t here no the benefit and still retaining even though settings were turned up
