Hi everyone after a severe bout of coughing does anyone have severe breathing difficulties and how do you deal with it duff

Aww Duff1953 nothing worse than a coughing fit .. I’ve seen myself coughing so hard I get dizzy see stars and think I’m going to pass out!.. it’s the worse feeling ever .. i was taught at pulmonary rehab that it’s ok to get out of breath .. shoulders down and try relax yourself till things return to normal .. I walk about with my inhaler in my hand I’m the house and outside to ..
