Has any one else had side effects with spriva ,been on it over a year but find it’s effecting my bladder .Done so well on it worried what he will replace it with .

It may not be the Spiriva, but worth the change to find out.

If the Spiriva works well for your breathing they may try other tiotropium type meds - SeeBri or Brialtus etc.

I had the same digestion side effects with all three so I'm on Formoterol and Clenil.

It's not quite as good for my breathing but I don't get the issues I had with S.

Got a appointment Monday I will have to wait and see what he says

when i first took it, a few years ago now, it brought me out in a rash , my doc said not possible ,i looked it up on line and a rash was a possible side affect, so he took me off it and within a couple of weeks the rash had gone

I reacted very badly to Spiolto which shares an ingredient. It makes you realise how potent these inhalers can be. I had to revert to gentle, plod-along Anoro.

I have acid reflux and assume it is from the Spiriva, but that is the only thing.
