How odd! They're not in Spanish from my point of view. Maybe you've somehow set your computer or phone to Spanish?!

What people write is in english but it will have ...... Respoder ... Se se primero en responer.. things like that ... It's weird

Scroll to bottom of page, check that English is the default language.

Possible the sender is using Spanish as their default language.

I, and others here write some comments in Spanish to each other, we don't use "Spanish" as Default, so maybe you have clicked on it by Mistake? No Pasanada. XXX
