Sorry to hear that Juliejon and I can understand your worry after what's happened to you. Our situations always appear much worse at night-time too.

I had a colleague at work several years ago who used to say to me when I was worried " And what difference will you worrying about it make?". I learnt from him that worrying doesn't help or affect the situation and it's better to find something to deal with your anxiety like listening to music, an audiobook, reading etc. I use a meditation app called Headspace which you pay for but there are free meditations and help with sleep sessions on YouTube.

I look after my husband who has emphysema and now a heart condition and one doctor told me how complex the lungs are in terms of treating them unlike the heart where many defects can be seen as "plumbing"!!!

Sounds like you've had the "plumbers" in and so now maybe you can relax in the knowledge that they've done a good job and it's working fine.

Take good care of yourself

Best wishes

Corin

Don't have any suggestions juliejon. I can understand how anxious you must feel. Can your GP not prescribe any anxiety medication? All best wishes x
