My heart age is 70 and I can expect to live to 82 without a heart attack!

Think all be lucky to see 50 myself .. said if stoped smoking my new heart age would be 56

My heart age is a similar age to my own age, the thing is it’s my lungs which are the problem and we can’t live without them, guess I should ignore my heart age as there’s no way I’m gonna be 82 😂

mine comes in at 85 live to 87 (my age now is 72 so got a bit to go ha ha)

Have just come back from having a electrocardiogram scan which showed the murmur and other problems but we knew about that anyway so no change there

Brilliant, I'm 64; says I have a heart age of 71, if I lose weight (I'm obese) then I'll have a heart age of 70??? Not sure how losing weight (which I'm doing - I was morbidly obese) will shorten my heart age.

I would not take this too seriously myself. There are so many missing factors that could alter the result that in my opinion it's basically worthless. There are so many things that can affect cardiac function for example exercise, diet that are missing from this that it cannot be accurate.

It's not aimed at us is it? You have to untick the cardiovascular question to get an answer, aside from that I'm fine. It's another attempt to drum some sense into the hordes of fat sedentary smokers with dreadful diets, perm any three from four.

Agree with Bad Bessie, these things are cr*p!! Factor in the things like going under a bus or drowning, then how long do we live. Longevity has never been my goal, what matters is what you put into life, long or short.
