I just want to say thank you to Biddy from BLF for helping me with some information. Not only did she call me back straight away after i posted but she also took the time to look into my query and has just called me back. How wonderful to have someone who answers your questions about benefits in a straightforward way. We all know the benefits system can be a minefield so it is good to have someone to help us.
