I was diagnosed with COPD 8 years ago at the age of 40 and have not worked since. Ive never claimed any benefits mainly because I never knew I could or which benefits to claim. Has anyone got any advice on which benefits I could claim for how do I go about it. Thank you

Benefits are payable according to your financial circumstances.
Or if you have medical condition how you are affected by that condition in relation to your care needs and mobility.

hello lynnemasters, you have to get in touch with a disability agency in your town because they all work differently depending on where you live. I live in Trenton,nj and it was not hard at all for me to collect disability benefits. Good luck to you.
