Just been to my gp today to pick up med iv been on for year she has muck up my med and I am sitting in pain till tomorrow god help gp I will be seeing cause off her mistake. Feeling like a sick begger being for med

I do hope you get your meds out and complain about the gp. You shouldn’t have been left in pain!

I once complained to the practice manager because the receptionist insisted I had my flu jab in at the Saturday open to all clinic. I’d done so the previous year and got a really bad chest infection that took three lots of antibiotics and steroids to clear up. I have a reduced immune system, very low antibodies, lung disease and asthma. Despite me explaining all of this to the receptionist, she still insisted. After my discussion with the practice manager things couldn’t have been more different!

I don't think they cared. So I also complain the health board.
