A lovely young man has just finished gouging holes in the architrave round my doors so we can now close the doors without re-enacting a scene from Airplane. I would lend him to you all but my mum wants to keep him.

Hi Scouse, No more tripping up or being a Boomerang. My Bungalow rattled a bit when the Drill made the Holes for the Tubing, Yes, by a lovely Air Liquide Man... That was 1 year At Least I can Move around very easily since, with attached Lengthy Tubing. xxxx

My worst experience with the cannula was once when I needed the loo in a hurry. I rushed into the bathroom ( which was stupid because it made me even more breathless ), pushing the door shut behind me without looking. The cannula got caught under the door and wouldn't budge and I couldn't reach the loo. So I had to take my oxygen off and try to keep calm while I did what I needed quickly and could then get back on my oxgen and wrestle with the door. Sheila x

I ditched my cannula in a similar situation thinking I'm OK for a few minutes. I now know I'm not invincible and had a lovely blue nail colour for free. Luckily it was temporary xx
