Hospital Visit

Something positive for us all 😎 Went yesterday to see Specialist at the Hospital did breathing test which came out good think this is due to stopping the cigarettes 😎He told me chest X ray clear and need to lose weight and things should tick along nicely no my COPD will not go away however it's not all doom and gloom .l know for some it is hard and who knows what the future holds but stay positive folks x love and light to all xxx

Glad to hear you are doing ok. Perhaps you might not worry as much now. May I ask where in the UK you live. My doctor referred me over 8weeks ago and I still haven't got an appointment.

I live in Nottingham and was lucky GP rang me and said if I had not taken that one there would be a wait. Sign of the times I think . Hope you don't have to wait much longer 🙂x

Great News Hun, Was it City ? I go there, Excellent Consultants, Good you packed in Cigs, Positivity all the way, It's the only way to be. Exercise also. xxxx

Use the time that it took you to smoke a cigarette and exchange it for exercise time...short walk...upper and lower body stretches...you'll do great....baby steps
