I've not had a good week, I blame the weather, just no energy at all, and aches and pains. Then I come on here and count my blessings, such brave folk. As a dear chap called Fred used to say - "Keep smilin' ".
Sorry to hearyou have had a bad week. I think that very hot weather does have that effect. It also seems to emphasis those aches and pains which you have always had but normally manage to ignore.
It's difficult to control what goes on inside your head, Mags. Sometimes you can feel really bad about nothing in particular. I then try to concentrate my mind on places, people, or things, that have made me happy in the past. I think it was Helen who wrote about having a 'happy place'. It made me realise that I have places like that and I sometime use Google Street View to see them when I can no longer travel that far away. Weird maybe, but it works for me.
