Hi. I use spioltol respimat 2 puffs daily. It has made a very big difference to my breathing and for the last 6 months I have not used the ventolin at all. The cough is practically non existent. So for me it's been very good. Hope this helps. Jane

Really effective but I reacted quite badly to it and was pretty ill so had to stop it immediately. Disappointing because it's much better absorbed than my usual Anoro.

On Spielto Respimat for emphysema/COPD Made me so croaky, hoarse voiced that GP sent me for cancer check. No problem found but consultant said caused by SR. Not to stop use but to use through aero chamber.

Actually, have found no benefit from the SR so left wondering whether to stop use as SR is an anticholinergic which some researchers think may cause dementia as it affects a neural pathway to the brain.

I’ve been using Stiolto respimat for about 18mos & find it much better than the Adair I was on prior. The Stiolto doesn’t contain steroids, which is a plus if you don’t need them. I’m 76 yrs. old & at stage 2 emphysema but with the Stiolto and excercises my lung function has improved by 11%! What can I say other than be grateful for modern pharmacology! Good luck & let us know how you are doing on the Stiolto.😊
