Anyone heard from Alfiebax2, her op is due this month but she has been very quiet lately.

Hi Maggie thank you my darling for checking up on me .I'm afraid the Brompton put my op back .I now am scheduled for 10 th September. I have had my letter of confirmation so all I have to do now is try to stay healthy away from people with coughs and colds .I have remarked on some posts but thank you once again my friend for your concern .

Hi Babs, was wondering also as I have seen some of your responses, then I had sent you a Message and have been waiting a reply, it was an update on the Valves, as at the time we thought you would have gone first, followed by me , then Skis. Please keep us all updated. Love n Hugs Hun XXXXX

Hi my Love, Yes, I went in on the 7th June, I had 4 valves instead of the 2 they told me. The difference is so good. I do not need my Oxygen as much, though sleep with it...Can't do Cartwheels (yet) but having to still plan my days. Hope you have it done soon Babs. let me know. Love n Hugs Hun. XXXXX

Thanks Maggie and I'm so pleased you are doing well ,let's hope it continues . September 10th seems such a long way away but we are in July now so hoping it flies by .When us skis having his or has he already been seen to 😊?I will keep you informed and you just take care , no running marathons or mountain climbing well at least not yet😂.

oy you two hussys lol stop bandying my good name about.i like Babs am a bit downhearted as i don't even have my Chartis bronchoscopy until september 5.as you both know it is only after that final test for collateral ventilation that you do or don't get the go ahead for the valves,you my dear carolina will be on your second set before Babs and i get our first

It's a long time since I was called a Hussy, Tickled me pink. Lo Siento me Carino, I thought you where having it done in August!, which is why I said it to BaBs. I have just got home after my Monday Breathe Easy Exercise, which was Great, didn't need my Oxy for the full hour, whereas before I had it up my nose to carry on. As Usual, every Monday Hubby takes me for a Well Earned Glass of Pink Stuff at the Local.... Only one though !!! Going back to our valves.. I obviously sailed through the final test for Collateral ventilation, Although I was told By the Prof, that I was a Borderline case. I've been Borderline case all my life, I have had Practice. Ha ha .

I do hope you are well and Scrufita is doing her bit to make you happy. Just had my Sunday Lunch, always on a Monday, Very Small Portion, but Delicious, Beef, Yorkshires etc. I do hope the Fire has not Disturbed you My Dear Amigo. I Must catch up on the News. Hi just had a 15 min conversation with my sister in law in Bolivia,she doesn't speak a word of English and my Spanish is dreadful,very interesting conversation to say the least not knowing the Spanish for valves and procedure and i think she now believes i am having an hysterectomy lol.

So i am now a diary entry,that has made my day as i was beginning to think the world had forgotten i existed,thank you for that,the procedure should have been this month and i have no idea why there is a delay.?

The fires up the road necessitate having to close windows and doors sometimes which is a pain but with little wind today it's not so bad.

Roast dinner on a hot day?you should be on ensalada y tapas con cerveza fria mi querida.

Yes, I have Ensalada every Day , But Cos Hubby is a barman and works 12 hour shifts, he brings home A Sunday Roast every Sunday Night for Monday, So I have to Join him, Hence Portion Control. Para el Cerveza Fria para el, para mi, Vino Rosado con Casera (lemonade here) siempre. ... Hope your Hysterectomy Goes well. JEJEJE. My Spanish family, ie, Two Grandsons in law, One is perfect with English, German (mother Tongue) and Of Course Spanish ( Father was ), his daughter My Great GD, at only 4 years old, can already speak in all three Languages. My Other GS in Law, is from Bilbao, Madre Mia, Calls me Nana, that's it. love him just the same. My Blood Grandchildren are all Spanish and very proud of it. Of Course they do have perfect English also. They often Shout " Nana " you said it wrong. Oh well as long as THEY know what I mean,!!! None of us are perfect, But it's FUN Trying.

Less of the hussies now Skis I'm too old to be one now 😉I'm sorry you aren't having your bronchoscopy til September , but it will be here very soon .I have my LVRS on the 10th September I'm scared but also excited so we will both be in The Brompton at the same time albeit I will be in the Sydney road dept . Meanwhile I have to stay away from people who have the dreaded lurgy so I stay healthy .This hot weather is great for the suntan but my god I can't breathe ,takes me forever to do anything but after September things should be on the up 👏🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞you take care .

Babs if we bump into each other we are both in big trouble because being oop north my care is handled by Wythenshawe hospital in Cheshire,sorry to hear you are struggling in the hot weather but as you say come September things will be on the up for you and you will feel young enough to warrant the hussy badge lol
