Hi, can anyone help with the following :-

Has anyone experienced bad side affects with pirfenidone,

Really bad fatigue, could not increase medication as it put

me to my bed.

I have just started with ambulatory oxygen and am not sure

when to use it, when I exercise, do I do as much as I can without it,

then use it or just use it whenever I exercise.

I do the breathing exercises to help get rid of mucous but

finish up with pains in my chest and back with all the coughing

is it helping ?

Hi. Have you asked your doctor about this? The person who prescribed it, or the pharmacist who filled your prescriptions should be able to answer your questions. All the best.
