Me at the moment. Losing weight to combat drug resistant high blood pressure. Wasn't even able to sample the lovey cakes on the stalls at the fete I went to yesterday afternoon. :(

Every cloud has a silver lining!

So I told my wife that the advice to those with Pulmonary Fibrosis is to eat more. Full fat milk instead of fat-free, plenty of protein and carbs! Statistics show that those With BMI >25 have better life expectancy than those not overweight. Alas, she is not a scientist and would not believe me. Will have to snack in secret!

Hello keith9876 .

I wish I could, but I can't even eat a piece of toast without feeling full to bursting point. πŸ˜•

How sad for you. What do you eat to sustain yourself?

I do eat and eat well. I just have to eat a little at a time. If I eat an adult sized portion, I can barely breathe after and my heart rate soars. πŸ˜•
