Well seen ENT doctor over Throat issues I.e swelling swallowing and fungus infection.

Said as to swallowing issues WELL this nout can do BUT as fungus infection is now being treated MY Throat swelling as resolved it’s self to a extent.

Also just befoure I seen ent doctor I was talking to my GP about NYSTAN Oral Surrpresent and cupital tunel syndrome muscle pain.

Then we got talking about anti fungus pills AND like really HAS anybody looked at side effects of Fluzonazole oral.

Well two words describe my response to taking that.

So it was agreeded THAT would defo not be happing.

Only to get it prescribed by ent doctor after enderscopy thingy.

Two words again ... my arms have been lit killing me AND doctor thinks given bloods knee elbow X-ray all clear IT might be mystery.

Lucky have muscle nerves induction test on 20 June so hoping thay can explain pain.

As too NYSTAN well am going to use NHS yellow card reporting system.

As pain Is horrendus and not even funny when as lung diseased you regularly have chest rib pain’s THEN to have arm elbow pain well DEFO yellow card

Hi Jeff.

I have to take them. My immune system is very suppressed due to medication and the possibility (however gross to contemplate) of fungus growing internally is very real unfortunately.

I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Jeff, hope things resolve even more for you. Pete is seeing a practitioner regarding his back pain and he works on the fact that nerves play a big part in lots of health issues. All very interesting stuff and Pete will see him on Friday for gentle manipulation.

Good luck to you and best wishes.

Let’s see how England do in the World Cup. Xxxx🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Hi Jeff, love the flag. Go England! Just hope they don’t come home too soon. I have had to have fluconazole now and again over my long life. I never had any side effects but the relief that they gave me from which ever fungus was plaguing me at the time was wonderful.

Hi littlepom not really sure face paint is my thing lol

Defo agree about England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 :)

Glad to hear well read all was well with your experiences of meds.

Am just worried as don’t want to get iller or end up in hospital

in reply to

Yes of course. I understand your worries. It’s always a balancing act. I have stopped taking anticoagulants for my AF because I had 2 bleeds from my lungs and an unnecessary colonoscopy due to them. My GP was horrible to me about it. Docs just keep telling you that you could have a stroke if you don’t take it. Yesterday I laid into my heart consultant and told him that I thought the docs were just ticking boxes and making us take these vile things to cover themselves. He said that many people with AF never take them and don’t have a stroke and he is now writing to tell my GP that if I don’t take them my risk of stroke is minimal!

The insistence on taking anticoagulants is all based on statisrics which are approximate at best. Gggrrrrr

in reply to

Gosh littlepom defro been through it ... statistics never really been my thing odds never worked in my favour dispite SOME swearing by them.

Am hoping my sweepstake will be kinder than life lol

Glad ya doing ok and keeping on the ball with it all
