A holiday for me but not my husband.

I'm off to visit my sister. Taxi to the railway and assisted travel all the way. My sister will meet me then it's two weeks of relaxing in great company.

Meanwhile, my husband is staying home. He's going to do some spring cleaning, all the corners and high dusting. He'll clean the oven and tackle some mould in the bathroom.

For all of us with lung problems we know how essential these jobs are but how difficult to do and how much the doing of them, because of disturbed dust and chemicals used, affects our lungs.

My husband says if he has time he will paint a wall or three too.

I just know I'm very lucky to have a husband like him.

When I try to thank him he says Don't thank me, it's what I do.

I'll be without a computer for those two weeks, love to you all, I'll catch up on all your news when I get back. xxx

Have a great time catching up with your sister. Lots of R and R.

I’m sure your dear hubby will do a good job with cleaning etc. Xxxxx

Wow wheezyof when he's finished at your house will you send him to me?! He sounds wonderful...lucky you 😊. I find lots of housework jobs set me off...and certain jobs I do with my mouth covered with a hanky or something to protect me from wheezing (emptying the Hoover for example). I looked into dust masks once but it seemed an expensive road to go down.

Have a safe journey and enjoy your break...sounds like you deserve it. xxx
