A Monday picture I kept for you but sunshine is back today after storm and rain.
So 2 months after that eye op I have developed a secondary cataract in my right eye. It’s like a veil over my implant apparently..A complication 50% of patients have post op..I have to go back in 3 months for laser treatment. Somehow I was relieved it was only that..
Today up to the hospital for appointment 2, the back specialist! 🤞🤞🤞
Dear Fran, This is not Good , I do hope it gets sorted. I am right now retrieving my Eye Drops , although I have new Glasses and the Optician said the cataract is there but not bad enough to be removed (right eye), I feel that my new prescription is no different to my previous one. Never mind. You are going through a lot recently and you are always strong. Good that Bea & Aria are there to lift your Spirits. Your Photo is so Beautiful and Tranquil. Thank you for sharing it. take care. Love n Hugs, Carolina XXXX
If you can’t see well with your new glasses it means you need to see a specialist about that cataract, nowadays they operate much earlier than they used to.
Mum had the secondary cataract and the laser done, she said it’s nothing so it is just waiting a little while longer.
Keeping everything crossed for appointment number 2 Fran. I’m sure the cataract will be successfully lasered too.
Great photo and such a beautiful scene.
Have a good day and take care. Xxx 🌻💐🌞👍🤞🏼
Hi Fran firstly another fine photo such a beautiful country u live in ... So your returning in 3 months to get your eye lasered...you sounded like you where thinking it may be something worse am I right ? I think these situations are there to test us but it just goes to show the strength u have as you never complain and are always very positive xxx I'm hoping your appointment today goes well ...I'm trying to get used to being free to go out as I keep forgetting I am now able to get in my car and fend mostly for myself with the help of my hoist ..it's fab as it's given me the chance to see the outside world after being stuck in for the past few years really ...Gonna drive to Matalan as town is too scary on my own just yet ...Anyway hope you and Bea and not forgetting Aria are all well xx x take care my lam sis 😘 love mel 💖💛
So my happy friend, the mystery of the discomfort in your eye has been solved,an annoying complication but fairly common and we must give thanks that it is correctable, you have certainly been through an intense medical interlude in life and you need that holiday in Italy now to recharge your physical and mental batteries.thank you for the happy picture Fran......love Ski's and Scruffs xx
Yet another jaw dropping view you have shown us Hidden - sorry to learn you'll be needing a further eye lasering(don't think that is a proper word, but hey-ho!)You sure have a number of appointments, but once all done, you'll be able to enjoy your scenic vistas even more! Good luck with Appt No.2.
Hello Fran, another lovely photo thank you 😊. I am sorry you've more issues with your eyes, but at least it's something relatively common and repairable. Good luck with your other appointments this week, let us know how you get on as and when dear friend. Lots of love for now xxx
Hi Fran, the rain has reached us today in the midlands. But sun is forecast for the weekend. It's pouring and overcast not unusual for Whit week, my late fathering-in-law always used to call it Wet Week Enjoy your dayx
So sorry to hear about the second cataract Fran. Hopefully when you have the laser treatment that will solve the eye problems. Hope appointment with your back specialist went well. All best wishes and hugs. xx
