I would not worry. If you have supplied good evidence then it is a matter of ticking boxes. My wife's assessment was longer but as we had supplied photographs of adaptations and doctors letters concerning range of movements etc . The nurses report was very detailed using information supplied by us and her own observations. The sticking point was thee interpretation of her report by the DWP decision maker who missed certain points! However as my wife had more than enough points to qualify then it did not get to be an issue.
I hope it is a good report as it was not long enough as a full assessment so they should base it all on evidence supplied by you.
I hope it all goes well jimmyg23 . Take good care. xx 🌿
Best wishes for a good outcome, seems a short visit to me though so understand your concerns.
