Whats On My MIND .. Well Anyone Know How This Works

Turning NEGATVES into positives with immutherpy drugs.

Tremelimumab STORY is quite interesting.

Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) is a rare, aggressive malignancy with limited therapeutic options and poor

prognosis. There has been long-standing interest in the potential applications of immunotherapy for the treatment of MPM. Recently, B7-H1, also known as programmed cell death ligand 1, expression in MPM was correlated with sarcomatoid subtypes and worse clinical outcomes (1). In addition, a recent clinical trial suggested a potential role for cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) inhibition for the treatment of MPM (2). These studies suggest MPM may be sensitive to immune checkpoint inhibitors.

Here we present the case of a patient with spontaneous regression of MPM in the setting of the onset of an autoimmune syndrome. atsjournals.org/doi/pdf/10....

Interesting article Jeff, our immune system does play a large part in our illness survival rates. So any research into how this works or possible ways to change how it works to reduce serious illness has to be a bonus. Hope you are enjoying this change in the weather.

Sounds like her regression was not due to immunotheraphy at all, agree there seems to be some cooking of the books in this report, having quickly re read it. But appreciate you noticed the anomalies in the picture, which I did not. Well done Jeff.

Hi there JAS, a very clever fella, to understand such medical/technical terms! You certainly have your finger on the pulse with all the latest information. Good for you and that's also good for us,so we can go to your links and learn more. Hope you and Dad are enjoying the Bank Holiday.

You are quite right JAS.. its not til you look or read dates etc,do you see that something isn't right.

Makes you question this hole research business.

And what the DO don't know

Almost makes us too frightened to ask......and then no 100% guarantees in the sincerity of any answers. I'm presuming that the top medical bodies, would never tell an untruth. Its not until you for example, start to look closely at information, that errors etc are revealed. That's why I'm always reading your posts with interest!(plus obviously you and your Dads health).

in reply toSquirrelsHolt

Left me stumped 🤔 really this pharmacist research business.

I am thinking AZ is no better than turner brothers with lies & decit.

Yep,its certainly some thing to think about. What makes me mad is that unless there's a"whistleblower ", the people that have hidden the truth, never are taken to court.

Crime well is only working lower classes that do such grubby things THE rich well there white collar crime IS impropriety done by pen computer.

Is all the same tho ONLY thing missing is sentences for white collar criminals like you rightly say.

Makes me quite nervous as to what to read and believe nowadays. Suppose we've got to not only use our heads but also our gut instincts.

Nice to have a chat with you JAS.

in reply toSquirrelsHolt

Fake NEWs sure be toff out there like is anything.

But you have to remember SINCE year dot they have controlled media and pluged it’s leaks with D notices.

Look 👀 at issues with SKY and who was in favour such a year.

Blair Cameron etc

All as I can say really is lucky for us no one state can control the internet AND gives us other perspective into life current affairs things that generally effect everyone of our life’s.

So we can at least hold government industry or research organisations in this case to account.

But yer have enjoyed chat but do wish I would not of had to tell you about picture.

Oh JAS,I feel I've maybe let the side down regarding the "prompt" to look at picture for myself etc. I'm going g to try and blame it on the hot weather, making my already suspect thinking organ, not so good!! Or should I come clean and say that I'm tending to be more and more "tortoise" like (slow) with every year that passes!!

I will be paying more attention to your future posts......don't want a JAS smack on the hand, lol !!!

in reply toSquirrelsHolt

Hi SquirrelHolt think you might been cought up in the moment.
