The winters can be very cold and make it hard to breathe.
Being totally housebound, can really make us seethe.
Then we get the summer, lucky we may think,
But the heat increases problems, making our hearts sink.
I've just been thinking to myself, wouldn't it be serene,
If we could only have, please, those periods in between.

Thank you. I shall wait until the Bank Holiday is over, then hope to get away. I still have the wedding to do on Sunday. A bit unusual Sunday I thought, but Hey-hoo! Some will have a long way to travel.

know how you feel have just had a few tears of frustration as lovely sunny day but could not get outside had left some stuff on the seat of my chair and could not move it myself - my fault just so sad no sun for me today again - Poco my little dog at least gets a bit when the carers walk him but had hoped to sit with him in the sun myself don't think the able bodied can ever understand how frustrating even the simplest thing is for us ........ take care xxx
