Cromer makes me think of my dads family as that’s where they came from. Glad you had a good day. Xxxx

Oh lovely, we always go to Cromer for a day out in the summer. My mum lives not too far from there now. When we were kids we used to holiday there every year for about 12 years running! It was my dad's favourite place he'd look forward to going all year!

So glad your trip out went well, Dasher. Sounds good! I’ve been wondering.

It was a better day than expected here on Saturday....lovely ☀️ but rain again today 😏in North Wales. Glad your oxygen worked well for you.

Yes Joyce it was worth the effort it tires me out when I go out for a day but it needs to be done or i would just vegetate staying in all the time I try to be positive and not let my condition stop me doing the things that I love doing

I'm the same Dasher , need the exercise and fresh air. I walk with oxygen in my walker and have been granted a blue badge , collecting this week so that family members can take me out without getting stuck in narrow space parking spaces.

I’m so glad you got a day out. A day out can really boost your health.

I absolutely love going to the coast, and my retirement plan was to move nearer to the coast than where we are now. Circumstances mean it won’t happen now, but we plan to have many holidays in our caravan travel around the beautiful U coastline.

Glad you enjoyed it Dasher. I live not to far from there. And walk along the Beach, most nice days. It's great for breathing problems. 😊🌻✌️

I enjoyed my Day there as the weather was good the problem I have is that my oxygen levels drop off as soon as I start to do anything but as long as I can get about on my scooter I'm happy just going around at least my wife gets to have a good look around and gets plenty of exercise keeping up with me
