I'm gonna drive down the road to stoke bay beach while the suns😃😊😃out. Sit in my car with the sun beating on me,I can walk abit then a bench it goes on like that benches all along to sit down every 10 steps ,nothing wrong with my legs it's my breathing, hurts at my waste. I'm a walker,I was waiting for oxygen to go walking but I'm fed up with that idea,SO. I'm getting me a bike ,need somthing I'm not enclosed in for the summer, love the sun that I can go speeding on the pavement over the road onto the grass and across the fields to the sea, next door neighbour has got a new trike thing, riding up the path on it, I had visions of her and me racing over to the beach in. The summer, getting a ASBO do they do them anymore?? I'm exited about getting out again,I've spent a month indoors to keep out of hospital, my oxy level indoors is good ,normal, but when I walk after about 10 steps can't move or breathe.so I've had a couple of years being inactive,I'm pleased in a way,as I'm not the sort of person to be tied to a ball and chain.thats how I would feel with a heavy oxy pack hurting my shoulder.

Good on ya colours, enjoy your sunny Sunday even if its sat in your car. Make sure you wear sun screen Ha Ha or you might get burned.

By the way you can get a wheeled carrier for your oxygen when it arrives so you don't have to carry it.

If you got a trike instead of a bike it would be possible to have an oxygen tank holder fitted to the back of it. Rib

Good for you Colours! Enjoy your new found freedom. Sounds lovely, cycling along the sea front with the sun beating down. I use a scooter and although I don't go out when it's very cold I use often it in shopping centres. It's been a new lease of life for me. Sara
