How do I get my spiromertery redaings ? Nurse did initial and only tests and told me COPD not asthma. Not been told what stage I am at but I am presuming mild although had a few frequent flare ups since October 2017. Went to Drs on Fri 23/03/18 and he gave me astronger Fostair Inhalor.Feeling a bit rubbish today. Finally should I ned to see a specialsit or is it ok just to keep with GP?

Thanks

Hope everyone is having good a day as possible

Next time you see your doctor or the nurse ask for a copy of your results and ask them to explain them. If you need a consultant your gp should refer you. However if you feel you are not getting the help you need phone the BLF helpline. x

You could try to make a double appointment with the gp so that you have more time to discuss your issues. Make a list of questions to ask.
