Hi broadband 1 thank you : )giving up smoking & exercise I think! I walk a fair bit & am still active with my job!

Good for you! I think giving u the cigs is a huge help, I still feel like one when I have a coffee, whEn I think of the poor lungs the craving passes. Love LeeLee x

so glad for you yes i still have a coule of cigs a day so bad will give them up for good & stick with the electric one carnt do without that at the moment
