Power cuts

Just in case you get a power cut of gas or electric you must inform them of any condition or illness then your considered priority. Might be worth ringing your energy supplier to inform them as they keep it on record for future reference. My power has been down for an hour and they are sending somone in about 30 mins 😊

I am on our electricity supplier s list and even states to give us time to get to the door if they want to check the meter.

Thank you for reminding everyone about priority services during power cuts. I am already on the priority list with my utility companies. But many are not aware of this service.

I am on Priority Services Register with my electric & gas provider (same for both utilities). Just found out there is also one for water company, so will sign up for that too.
