Hi Helen cheers sorry to read ya having time of it too.
Can't belive i have troat issues as well as chest HORRENDOUS been.
Am hot cold most days AS am sure you know ya self with infections.
I am sorry you are feeling so bad, Jeff AjaxSmith, your situation sounds similar to mine. I am on my 5th day of this chest infection and possibly feel about 5% better each day. I am sleeping in a recliner chair as I can't breathe in bed. I hope you are feeling better today. Kind thoughts, Albert.
Morning Jeff, just a quick reply. Sorry you have another infection, Keep telling you to keep warm but you also need to boost your immune system. Plenty of blackcurrants they have lots of vitamin C . Low sugar Ribena is the best. Seems from another post of yours they are still finding places with asbestos in, however not all asbestos is bad as I understand it. But Would prefer if they removed it from public places like hospitals. Guess Glasgow hospital is an old building.
Oh poor you,JAS, if it rains it sure as hell pours doesn't it? You have said all long since Feb that the anti bio's weren't clearing your infection etc. So your Doctor had to agree with you!!! Congrats on getting that at least. So now its staying in a warm temperature, drinking fluids.....you know the procedure! Hope that this time, your chest infection gets kicked to the kerb and that your breathing gets better.
