Use one of the youtube links I have given in the past.. I think the Mindful Movement is good if you like the voice..

Choose one on youtube that you like.

Start with a 5 or 10mn one, lying down in bed before you get up, just concentrate on your breathing one hand on your tummy, one on your breast bone, and when you start thinking, you come back to focusing on your breathing. Then again at night as you go to bed.

So you train your mind to empty and concentrate on your breathing to relax..

Then you can move to a 20mn one etc..
