To all the kind people who tried to help me with this problem I went to consultant dermatologist yesterday and he diagnosed perioral dermatitis which is a variant of roscea. He has given me a 6 week course of low dose antibiotic which willl either kill me or cure me. It is very common in young women so as I am now 71 I am going through my second childhood which will not surprise any of my friends.

Hi S627 I only developed Rosacea after I was first diagnosed with asthma years ago. Since then with full blown COPD another patch has appeared. I've often wondered if there's any connection. Sheila x
