It is supposed to be sunny 😎 today as well then back to wet for a week, Indeed Bea’s 🚊 was late because of flooding 💧💦in some parts of the journey.

She seemed cheerful enough. As I told her, a change is as good as a rest.

I was disgusted😉🙃 by the PSG match, Neymar was out, poor MBappé got hurt badly🤕 as the Lyons goalie 🥅came out violently to play the ball ⚽️. He went out on a stretcher. It should have been a foul at least, then Alves was rude 😡to the referee and got a straight red. To end it all Depay, one of your ex lads 😃 scored in added time, he had a lion 🦁 tattooed on his back, which got him a picture on the front page of l’Equipe newspaper and a derogatory mention for us as we certainly stuck our head in the lion’s gob 😱. Anyway roll on the next match Wednesday’s night!😃

I take a sachet of the Riopan gel during the night, you just suck it no water, I have in my bedside table, if I get reflux it coats your throat and stomach I think

..I don’t eat oranges anymore or I have fresh orange, apple and carrot juice at the sport centre some time I like that. Spanish 🍊 🍊 are lovely 😊

Yes, we had a lovely sunny afternoon. We’ve got a glass roof over part of our kitchen/dining room, and I lay sunning myself....after my walk, down to our canal. We’ve got a world heritage site on our doorstep....the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct and canal....hope you can pronounce Welsh words!

It’s Molly minding day again tomorrow, so I’ll say night night now, and hope to sleep. Btw I couldn’t open your link above...oh dear! Hope your day was good now Bea is home, and Aria happy too 😻 Just wondering if this weekend is when you’ll perhaps be going to Paris??

No Im going to Paris on the 24th for the funeral on the 26th..lots to do.

My Riopan gel isn’t minty strange.. it has a vanilla taste..there are two, it is the forte..I can get it OTC but it was prescribed so I don’t pay.

Mint irritates the stomach I don’t know why pharmaceuticals insist on putting mint in their product. I even buy mintfree toothpaste, too harsh..

Absolutely no rush required to reply to me on here......I keep you busy sometimes!

Interesting to hear that you use mint free toothpaste.....thought it was just me 😬 I find it difficult to source - I buy Cleure from USA, paying all the import duties on top, though Amazon now sometimes stock it. Another expensive item! I buy most of my bathroom stuff from them, salicylate free. It's a biannual 'indulgence' if you can call health products an indulgence 😷🤐

So your trip to Paris for your Dad now February- hope the wait is not unsettling for you, though I suppose two months not exceptional in these situations. At least you have a firm date now. Thinking of you.

My weekend likely to include painting kitchen cupboard fronts, more effort towards selling the house. I've put new photographs on hold until we've done it 😰 Just hoping I haven't developed a sensitivity to the paint smell....again buying expensive stuff to avoid breathing problems. Have to say the colours are lovely and subtle too, so some rewards!

I buy Elmex sans menthe, I find it France and Switzerland at the chemist’s. It is cheap. I don’t know if you can find it in the UK or online.

I can’t stand paint either..we got organic no smell wall paint last time but the painter used lacquer for the window and the radiator for some reason and I aired the room for weeks..

Of course all those things affect us and allergy free firms make a nice profit nowadays..

Yes it will be a difficult family trip...

Imagine a Paris cemetery with miles and miles of lanes on a Monday on top of it..we went there last time for Dad’s wife so it will be painful for my stepbrother..as he told me I am orphan but I said you are not an only child..

Went shopping in Geneva this morning, the clouds have not lifted but at least it was dry.

Thanks, once more for sharing your thoughts on toothpaste and paint. I think I’ll stick with my Cleure toothpaste because specifically non-salicylate. This salicylate sensitivity is quite mathematical at a day to day level....if I keep my intake as low as possible on non-food items, I can eat just a few blueberries, raspberries and other fruits, which do me much more good than bathroom products being tasteless. I find expectations and old habits do change if there’s a good enough reason, like being able to breath. 😳 I’ll let you know on the Farrow and Ball paint....it worked for me three years ago but my sensitivities seem to increase as time goes by. Isn’t it strange how different we all are, or become as time goes by!! 🙀😂

The Paris journey seems quite a hurdle. But these situations we dread have a habit of turning out to be not quite so bad as expected. You’ll be through before too long. It would be good if it improved your relationship with your half-brother. As we go through life, our sense of family comes more and more from our own and younger generations Best if there’s no animosity included, though very hard sometimes. You’re very diplomatic so I’m sure you’ll find a way, as the strong one in the partnership. As is often said, I’m sure that’s what would have made your shared Dad happy. 🤔

Anyway....I see that PSG had a good match yesterday....four nil!!! ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️🙀

I was talking to my cousin you know the one who gets migraines..she said she had a test on 200 food intolerances in 2011 and needs to do it again! I didn’t even know it existed. So I said what is the point of doing it again once you know, well she said it changes, it is also environmental..

So you may want to see about that one..

Yes we won..it was a pleasant match..the stars seemed to get on for once..apart from the useless referee..Neymar was getting tackled badly, and he didn’t budge until the 65th mn when he pulled out a yellow card..especially as Neymar was returning with a bad back...sometimes I wonder if they are repressed footballers and get bitter..😃
