Hello pauls. Are you involved in a trial yourself?
Over a couple of years I attended the Nottingham City Hospital where they have a pulmonary research centre. They like applicants to attend over a long period to build a better picture of how the disease affects us and the speed of effect.
They were fine, made me feel very comfortable and seemed very caring. The only payment (I didn't bother) is travel costs which can be reimbursed.
I only stopped following a major fall out with the NHS regarding treatment at a specific hospital (NOT Nottingham City) where I said if the NHS wasn't willing to care for me then why should I offer my time & services!
If anyone is interested the website is nrru.org/
