I had a peep out of the French windows, it was still dark here at 7 am but I like trees, even if it was a bit wet still, you could smell the day about to start..xx

Just answered your last one..yes it is a good formula..

I didn’t like the osteopath, got snooty when I didn’t want him to manipulate my vertebrae, I don’t know him and I have enough problems 😃 so I said sorry for not being adventurous but I just came here for peace and quiet!!!

I like the daily massage, the ladies are kind and I can do with the coconut or jojoba oil treatment, facial, pedicure, manicure, I am a new woman!!

Food is healthy and tasty.. there are some detox juices and herbal teas on offer..plenty of machines in the fitness which I am not going to attempt 😃..everybody is very kind.

and although the bedroom has a high old- fashioned bath I can’t climb in so I shower downstairs at the fitness it has a nice flatscreen tv and a Nespresso machine!! Yes I am a George Clooney fan!
